Products Used:
This version of our green chile is left on the vine to fully mature and some of the chile turns red to a blend of colors we call late harvest. This has the boldest flavor of the green with a little sweetness of the red. Like always the product comes in a shelf stable jar, only using lime juice as a preservative, and its low sodium!
